When opening a new business account with Community Bank of Missouri, we will ask for you to provide an unexpired government-issued photo ID, such as a driver’s license or a passport and a second form of ID with your name on it such as a voter registration card, insurance card, utility bill, tax receipt or a debit/credit card for each owner or authorized signer.

Bring your two forms of ID with each completed Customer Information Profile form(s) and a Business Customer Information Profile form. In addition to the previously mentioned documents, we may ask you to provide documentation to verify your identity and to begin the account opening process. The following table lists the required documentation for each business type. You may be asked to provide additional documentation not mentioned in the following table.
